H. Jackson Brown, Jr. once credited his mother for the following quote:
”Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, dream, discover.”
Even though this might not be the exact quote that inspires people to break free from everyday life. Its essence is usually what motivates people to take the proverbial leap of faith; at least it was for us. We didn’t want to look back twenty years from now and be disappointed with the choices we didn’t make so we decided to look for the wind that would allow us to sail off in the unknown.
We managed to find this 'wind of change' when we found Château de la Côte. The idea of restoring this old let down château with our own hands and transforming it into a successful business is our way of exploring, dreaming and discovering.
